Dr. Nick Chatrath – Founder and CEO
Nick is responsible for the overall direction of the business, delivery of our services and the development of our teams and technology. He is a former McKinsey consultant and is one of the most sought after top tier global leadership coaches. Nick received his DPhil from Oxford University in 2014. The Association for Coaching recently accredited Nick as a Master Executive Coach. He is married to Tanja with three pre-school daughters and they live in Oxford. Nick is a blogger and currently working on a book on the personal productivity revolution.
James Wilcox – Partner
James is responsible for driving our organic growth and developing client relationships. He is a sales and marketing entrepreneur with twenty years’ experience within complex global selling environments building highly engaged and motivated teams. Away from work he is married to Alessandra and can often be found active outdoors or cooking creative vegetarian meals for his teenage daughters and their diverse group of friends.
Prof. Theodore Roosevelt Malloch – Non- Executive Director
Ted is a Professor and Fellow in Management Practice at the Saïd Business School, the University of Oxford. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Roosevelt Group. He has served on the executive board of the World Economic Forum (DAVOS). He has worked in the US State Department and US Senate, in capital markets at Salomon Brothers on Wall Street, and has sat on a wide number of corporate, mutual fund, and not-for-profit boards. Ted has written many books, the most recent of which concern the nature of virtuous enterprise, the practices of practical wisdom, the pursuit of happiness and the virtues of generosity and thrift.
Lord Wei of Shoreditch – Non-Executive Director
Nat challenges our thinking and with his wealth of talent provides wise counsel. He is a long-term social reformer with a background in business, investing and technology and has a love of starting things up. Lord Wei is the youngest member of the House of Lords, Chairman of the Conservative Friends of the Chinese and a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader. He has a young family and lives in the creative and social hub of Shoreditch in East London.
Roger Eaton – Project Manager
Roger is a PRINCE 2 Practitioner and provides organisational and workflow optimisation to the business. He has full professional proficiency in French. Roger applies a continental European view to ways of working and is experienced in not-for-profit organisation management. He is married to Georgina with two young children and they live in Lille, France.
Alexander James – Lead Developer
Alex is our Lead Developer, helping Coachify revolutionize executive coaching with technology. In his spare time Alex enjoys running up mountains, gaming and dancing.
Maddy Park – Visual Graphics Expert
Maddy is a freelance Visual Graphics Expert with over 25 years experience working in high-profile companies including McKinsey & Co, The Burton Group, and SJ Berwin & Co. Deciding to go freelance she set up her own company ‘The Virtual Backroom’, creating and refining high-end presentations in PowerPoint and has built a worldwide client base. Maddy and Nick first crossed paths when they worked at McKinsey and they continue to enjoy a successful, long-standing working relationship.

Susan Jones (US)
Susan brings a combined 25 years of legal analysis and operational business experience to her support and development of leaders across a mix of sectors (tech, financial, retail, healthcare and professional services) and within a variety of contexts (partnerships, Fortune 500 & the vibrant Bay Area start up community).
When not coaching, Susan is cooking with her three daughters, sitting beside a soccer field, or running trails with her big yellow dog near where she lives in Oakland, CA.
Shelley Gaynes (US)
Shelley has extensive corporate experience in sales, management, training, and coaching. Shelley is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation, and designated by Corporate Coach U. She is a Field Editor of ASTD’s Links online newsletter,and is an award winning Wiley’s Everything DiSC Certified Solutions Provider. She is certified to use the 360 instruments from The Center for Creative Leadership as well as from the 3dGroup. She has over 18 years of experience as a facilitator and coach – working across various functions and sectors.
Along with her husband, she is the proud mother of two recent college graduates and one college student. She has a passion for the mountains ofColorado, recently participated in a 175-mile biking fundraiser, and serves on numerous non-profit Boards.
Tom O’Brien (Can)
Tom has been providing facilitation, coaching, and consulting services for over 18 years to both private and public sector organizations in Canada and around the world. Prior to his coaching and consulting career, Tom worked in the Telecommunications, Computer, and Internetworking Industries in the areas of Sales and Marketing. Some of the companies Tom worked for include: Nortel Networks, Bay Networks, Everex Canada, Bell Canada and BC TEL. Tom is a graduate of the Western Ivey School of Business Administration and the St. Francis Xavier University Adult Education Program. He is a certified coach with the Certified Coaches Federation; a certified facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators; and is certified in MBTI, DiSC, True Colors, and Personality Dimensions.He is married with three children and lives in Ottawa, Canada. He enjoys cross-country skiing, canoeing, and just about every other sport.
Deborah Thomas (UK)
Deborah has a particularly strong track record of helping leaders in professional and financial services to inspire people, build relationships, and grow confidence and gravitas. With over 15 years’ coaching experience, she is very flexible to clients’ needs, but tends to emphasise body-mind connection, building on strengths, and aligning work with personal purpose.
Outside work, Deborah practises yoga and meditation, and loves theatre and cooking for her friends. She’s married to David and they live in London and Deal.

Mark is a leadership coach and a member of Oxford University’s Saїd Business School coaching community. He specialises in energy optimisation strategies for those in the Second-Half of life, seeking high performance in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond. In this area, he writes, consults and delivers keynote speeches for organisations such as the BBC, Talk Talk and Swiss Re.
Mark is a highly qualified practitioner in his field. In addition to holding a Practitioner Diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching, he is an accredited coach with the Association of Coaching, an associate at Cranfield School of Management and a member of the Association of Business Psychologists. He is also accredited in a range of tools, including MBTI, NEO and HDS.
Tom Revington (UK)
Tom is an independent adviser, coach and leadership development practitioner based in London. He coaches and advises leaders in the education, healthcare and professional services sectors; designs and runs learning programmes for McKinsey & Company consultants and clients, as well as other public and private sector organisations; and teaches leadership skills at Oxford University.
Tom loves life in London, and loves even more to explore the wilder parts of the world by bike, boat and on foot. His other great passion is time with his two children, Leo and Rohan. When he can combine exploring with being with them, he is at his happiest.
Clive Barrow (Hong Kong)
Clive has worked in the area of leadership development since 1996, including coaching and facilitation at several Global 200 corporations. He was Managing Director of the Mountain Valley Development Centre in Hawkes Bay between 2005 and 2010.
Clive has also led successful expeditions over past 20 years to Chile, Guyana, Kenya, Tanzania, Australia, Himalayas, Poland; including the ascent of over 10 summits of over 10,000ft. He has also been a Choral Scholar in Winchester Cathedral, a Regular Army Officer and is a Consultant to Royal Geographical Society on expedition risk assessment and crisis management (annual seminars, published in Expedition Medicine Handbook).
